the sketchbook project

I'm back...I KNOW it's been a long time since my last posting where I said I was going to keep up with this whole blogging thing and staying motivated to do creative non-architecture things.  I lied.  Work sucks the life out of me, but I'm hoping to change that now.  I just signed up for The Sketchbook Project

It's an awesome idea that some artsy folks started in an effort to get people to be creative.  All sorts of people participate from professional artists to mom's having craft day with their kids.  To sign up, you pay $25 for the sketchbook, pick a theme, and start sketching, doodling, creating until the deadline.  Then you send the sketchbook back and it goes on tour across the country for all the world to see.  I found out about this project a few month's ago, but I didn't think I'd have enough time to do it.  Now I have even less time, but I still want to participate.  We'll just see how it goes.  I'm hoping there are only 5 pages in this sketchbook.

My theme is "things that change other things."  It's gonna be awesome!

Thanks for reading!
